Sutton Liberal Democrats hold control of council

Congratulations to Sutton Liberal Democrats who have held control of Sutton Borough Council and made gains from the Conservatives and Labour.

This result shows that where we work, we win.

Well done to all involved.

Congratulations also go to Eastleigh Liberal Democrats who have held control of the council. The group returned their 12 held councillors and gained one.

And in Maidstone and the Weald, Liberal Democrats are now 12 points ahead of the Conservatives, who have lost of control of the council.

Liberal Democrats in Hull gained one seat from Labour and held their position as the council's opposition party.
