Stroud Liberal DemocratsLiberal Democrats have gained a seat from the Conservatives on Cheltenham Borough Council.
Last night Paul Baker was elected to represent Charlton Park ward.
Paul is the first Liberal Democrat councillor to take up the Charlton Park seat.
