Stroud Liberal DemocratsCongratulations to Guildford Liberal Democrats who stormed to victory in last night's by-election.
New Councillor Colin Cross gained the seat on Guildford Borough Council and overturned the Conservatives 55 per cent majority.
Guildford Liberal Democrats now have a 330 vote majority. This is fantastic result for Colin and the team.
